My baby is now 3 years old.

She has brought us so much happiness. I can't imagine my life without the little ball of energy. These are the things I want to remember about this time in her life. She is smart. I am constantly amazed at what she knows. She knows all of her shapes & colors. I hear "that matches the same, mommy" a lot. She will see two objects like a cup and her shirt that are the same color, then she will tell me they match. She does the same things with shapes. I am amazed that she already knows this (maybe she is supposed to but I am still amazed that she does) We are working on learning how to spot letters and spell her name but she hasn't grasped that yet.
She still has her imaginary friend Linda. She told Emily & Rachel yesterday that Linda came to church with us and apparently was in class with her. She sometimes blames Linda for things but mostly just talks about her. By the way, yesterday was Linda's birthday too. That is what she told us at Zaxby's last night. :0) She loves her "real" friends too. She likes to play with Ian, Maddie, Levi, Lila, Addi, Xander, Bayley, Emily, & Clay.
She loves to dress up and play. She loves stuffed animals. She likes to play "cash master" (cash register). She can strike up a conversation with anyone and talks to everyone when we are out and about. She doesn't like to go to sleep. I think she is afraid that she will miss out on something. She likes to sing. Every night before she goes to sleep she requests "Jesus Loves Me", "God is so Good", & "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" (yes even in August).
Even though she has had a little attitude lately, she really is a sweet girl. She doesn't like it when others cry. You can see concern in her beautiful blue eyes. She still loves to cuddle up and she will pat you on the back or rub your arm just like I have always done to her. She likes to help out and is (almost) always willing to pick up her toys or whatever you ask of her. She will randomly say "Mommy, I love you." She knows just how to make my day.
Her laugh is contagious. She laughs a lot and loves to be tickled. She gets really excited when her daddy comes home from work. Every morning she asks me "Where's daddy?" She loves to be out in the yard working on something with him. She loved going fishing and is a little bit of a tom-boy. She likes to play on her swing set and loves to be in the water. She would stay in the bathtub all day if I would let her.
I am sure that there is so much more I could say about my sweet little girl but I am sure you all have stopped reading and moved on to the pictures!
The day started with Hannah eating a cupcake for breakfast. (Every morning Hannah wants to eat candy and have coke for breakfast so yesterday she got her wish) She opened a gift from Josh & I. It was a little basket, bell, & streamers for her tricycle. She was really excited all day. She was HYPER (more hyper than usual) in church on Sunday morning. Her birthday party was right after church. Her friends played on her swingset and other toys. Then we ate lunch, had princess cupcakes & cake, opened gifts, they broke the pinata, and then played in the sprinkler. It was just the party she wanted. She requested that her friends come, play with her & a pinata. After she opened her presents, she held her arms out to the side and said "Thank you everybody!" (I told you she was sweet!) At first I think she thought that the presents were for someone else. She opened her gift from Ian & Maddie and said "Maddie is going to love this!" I explained that it was her gift and she got even more excited. She was exhausted & slept through church Sunday night. We ate at Zaxby's after church then we all crashed last night!
